This is very fetching and sinister. My favorite by far is the sword and sorcery fantasy one, but this is very beautiful.

Well, the retired cover is gorgeous. The new one....um, well...it's different. Mallory looks like Mallory. Dani's sorta been kicked all over the map on the cover, so I'm pretty sure that's her first. The redhead...Erin...really? Erin has never in the history of this comic worn her hair that long, and I don't know any competing redheads...so, I'm confused. This one looks to be an homage to the old masters painting Greek deities. It's well done, but it's...hmmm. Of note, this is our third...no fourth consecutive cover featuring only Dani, Erin, and Mallory. It's interesting, particularly because I haven't yet seen the bond develop between these three that makes them stand out from their SJI sisters. However, they do seem to be the most powerful and gifted members of the harem.

#4 still my favorite but this is all spectacular work and the Anniversary cover is beautiful and thought-provoking (making it right at home with its predecessors).  |
