Is it just me or is there a resemblance to Dita Von Tesse?

What a tease this issue is! But I think/hope issues 2 and 3 will pay this off. I am curious as to how exactly it changed her: she's clearly not in "slave" mode. I anticipate the photographer's last-panel discovery is some sort of setting or dial that controls what the dryer does.

HMB's just getting warmed up with this series - you can tell, because the hairstyles are relatively simple so far.
How does the photographer not realize that his subject is transformed, though? Or did he know what was supposed to happen?

No way, I've turned over a new leaf. It's all sensible all the time now. Nothing below shoulder length or above a DD!

She's never shown so much before and he was too distracted to realise that she's never had as much to show. Besides, even an attentive photographer will more likely blame the curvier look on finally being let out of restrictive clothes rather than some sort of sci-fi transformation device. Until he pops the hood of the machine that is.

We've had a quick word. The horse head was a bit much, and who knew they over night delivered? ...I have had time to rethink my position and I have come to the logical, uncoerced conclusion: "Down with small bust lines, up with miniskirts!"

Cool. But, y'know, take your time. The best things in life happen over time, and require some effort. Time and, y'know, trips to the store for wardrobe updates.

I'm not sure why, but there's something off-putting to me about Sarah's look, and I'm usually quite fond of the HMB/Portalcomic ladies even pre-transformation. I think it might be a combination of her jawline and the particular eyeshadow. That said, still enjoying it overall, and looking forward to more issues
