The art, great as always, but I'm really liking the way that Our Hero has developed as a character. One thing that you can't help but notice with most stories focusing on the mind control of women (especially the illustrated ones) is that the male characters have a tendency of quickly becoming complete assholes and douchebags (if they weren't already one to begin with). It's nice to see this not happening here.

So may not be the bell tower control the women I may be the pink cloud was use On (page 144 150 182) like said it can last hours to weeks. Where was Jacquelyn and Rain in this page 161 |

On the first set of queries--No. That effect isn't Pink Clouds. Pink Clouds (allegedly) doesn't affect men, and particularly the cheerleader's odyssey affects both men and women so that they're completely swept up (as you can see in the background of several panels in 182). This behavior pattern mirrors the rampant coupling in '83 when Wilmot went co-ed and Patrick and Tamar met. In those guest pages, we were steered toward the transmissions coming from the belltower.
The question about 161 is interesting. We're not 100% sure where Jacqui or Pearl or Dani are at that exact moment, and any of the three of them could be potential candidates for the burglar. However, we've sorta been operating under the assumption that whoever stole the formula
A. ran Dani over,
B. found the Watch housing for the shell, and
C. was temporarily foiled but Erin's magical guardian when attempting to penetrate the SJI.
There was a possibility that he was also responsible for setting Yves up--but right now that finger seems to be pointed at Q and we have no certain knowledge that Q is even aware of the Watch yet (or that he talks to himself in a foreign language).

You can construe a motive for Pearl provided she is aware that Vik has reverse-engineered Pink Clouds. I assume from her previous visits to campus that she knows where the Student Lab is, but I've seen no evidence that she's aware of Vik's experiment or that she's even met Vik, Kanti, or Laura (aside from brushing past Kanti in the street on separate errands to buy clothing and tropical fish).
