You've never struck me as particularly Canadian. I'm pleasantly surprised you would even consider taking part of my national mosaic(? morass? malevolents? malcontents?) and using it for a more global audience. Perhaps America doesn't ignore us northerners as much as we think.
And I realized even as I wrote the above that Dani's father was in the Canadian air force. For whatever reason it didn't take, but no matter. If you so happen to be Canadian, then colour me pleasantly surprised again. I think I've come to presume that anything produced in English is inherently American by virtual of its immense "cultural (snicker) reach."
