I'll guess that it's about the first conversation Adrian and Laura actually have.  She was the one who said she felt as though she was married to someone she barely knew.  She also said, "I await further instructions" when discussing the various plans.  Apart from the night of the watch, have she and Adrian even spoken to each other?

Though GodWilling's first suggestion seems perhaps more likely.

This also works in action movies where Hero man suddenly meets his old flame..  She slaps him hard across the face,  stares deep into his eyes then plants a big long smooch on his lips. they last a while doing it then break off  as the man says  "Pleased to Meet You, Too."

the tv series: Moonlighting was almost entirely based on this kind of chemistry.

The scary part--what if that title applies to Adrian?

Look, Vikram doesn't strike me as the supervillain type.  If he becomes a villain, it's because he's getting manipulated by the master planner behind the force alligning against Adrian.  He seems more pitiable than fearsome, even in agony and rage.  Also, it makes me indescribably sad to see him driven to this extreme.

I'm rather hoping that he ends up with a positive payoff (like the Hotel Critic in Oceans 3 after a day and a half of torture, over a half million in a jackpot at an airport slot machine).  I'm not sure that Adrian had any inkling whatsoever of Vik or his connections to Laura or Amy before this moment.  I think a first step in a peace offering might be purging Q's influence from Kanti.

The only way I could buy Vik as a supervillain is if we found out that he took advantage of Laura's perfume blackout somehow...in which case, on his own head be all his suffering because he would have

1. Made his sister vulnerable to Q in a way she never would have been and, more importantly
2. would have victimized Laura when the opportunity presented itself.  Then his arc looks like the comeuppance of an opportunist with resulting fury and ego instead of the interpersonal trials of Job.

ETA--I think whatever he was going to say next was going to be about Kanti...maybe Kanti and the perfume.

On further review.  Id say the title refers to Adrian smiling at Kanti (as the invisible metaphoric sex clock of SJI ticks down till the moment Adrien is properly introduced to her and begin to explore her magical mystery ba-donka-donk)
