Have to say I LOVE Rain's smirk as she's walking by.  Which reminds me--was it her influence the entire time, or was she setting this up so Erin and Adrian would have this and other chances--or is she giving us a wink a the two definitions of muse?

I mean Adrian is probably right that Erin is his muse, his inspiration--but if there's something else about her more profound, it might explain the flashback experience. But also, Rain seems to be the Cavanugh family Muse.  Interesting.

This and #152 have been an interesting and pleasurable variation on the ongoing plot.  I love the fact that this one song, apparently inspired or enhanced by Rain, is so well done that it shocks Adrian, strongly pleases Erin, and brings even hard-nosed Jacqui to tears.  This is erotic in the original sense of the word - from Eros.  Well done.

Of course, it also renews my befuddlement about who - or what - Rain is.  But that's a good thing.

I agree that Rain seems to have changed the weather, but I see that look as a knowing, almost satisfied smirk or smile...mischievous, not sinister or threatening.
