The inevitable reveal of our magic boob and mind control perfume being temporary feels likely but I'm sure glad we got what we did.

In theory, the only reason Compton would have gone non-verbal and seemingly mindless is if the girls had given her the according suggestions, right? That's what Caitlyn did with Hitomi.

Man, when SJI restarts I hope this scene gets some more love. And I know I'm in the minority but I hope the effects of the perfume are permanent ;-)

i'm into the permanence too. i don't mind if some girls choose to get reductions or if there's some natural weightloss happening but it feels like a far-fetched thing to magic back into the hat to me!

I always like seeing a woman's sexualized alterations or commitment to slutty lifestyle changes giving her problems. The scene in Beyond Rubies where the two women, Elaine and Gabby, endure numerous stares at their massive chests while riding the subway etc, feebly explaining that they're going to a costume party.

OKAY, when is this starting up again. You said early in the year. It's mid-May now?

Not trying to post this to sound pushy:

Obviously, the site has had some issues when it comes to pipeline in the past several months. As the information released has made clear, these pipeline issues are not the fault of Daphne or Henri, so I don’t intend this to be an attack.

However, I will say that the pipeline issues, coupled with the long hiatus of a site mainstay like SJI, have made the past several months disappointing.

Again, I fully understand this is not the fault of the site runners. I also admit that I am likely in the minority of people on the site who prefer SJI to Starter Marriage, and I understand that a pair of such talent as Octavia Moon and PK being reallocated to the upcoming phase is necessary.

All I am posting this for is out of interest for an update. Is there any chance we could get a sense for how far along the new phase is? Even if it is still far out, I’d like to have even a cursory timeframe in mind as I decide when and if to renew my subscriptions or not. The last posted issue of SJI said to wait for “early next year” referring to 2026, and we are closer to half the year being over than to that post. Not trying to push, not trying to judge; just seeking clarity.

Things are moving more slowly than we may have wished. SJI will, absolutely, return; this wasn't a shadow-termination of it. Sadly, we're just a couple of folks, and we're pushing as hard as we can.
