Velma and Daphne would be Laura and Janice.
I was actually going to acknowledge that in a second sentence but it occurred to me that I might come across as someone who was wilfully seeing Velmas and Daphnes everywhere. Almost like it was some kind of wish fulfilment thing. So I might as well admit that I've been hoping we'd see more of whatever Velma's called since she first appeared. Plenty of Laura and Janice in this issue. |

Hmmm...it's been about 4 months...seems like the BR fairy may be bringing the lot of us who've been good all year something special in our footwear (if some snippet of a schedule goal I recall from the past is correct).
Perhaps it's a sweet appearance by the burgeoning Emily, or maybe development of the hard-working Gabrielle? Oh dear, oh dear...whatever will be next for the amazing crew of the good ship Beyond Rubies?
