Achievement has a special place in my heart, and I would vote for it more than once if I could.

Hidden Knowledge is the series that got me invested enough to subscribe long term.

Oh, shoot, I didn't notice Hellbent among those titles. I would have voted for that one over Roll Playing.

Goodness, goodness, where to start?

In terms of issue to issue comics on the site (as nothing can really beat SJI for me outside of that), Trigger Warning continues to be one of my favorite comics from MCC. The amount of women is manageable, and each girl feels like her own character rather than being a retread of someone else. The plot thickened a ton this year with four whole issues, especially with the final one of the year throwing a new wrench in the narrative. More of this is never a bad thing; here's hoping to five issues for '25!

Other than Trigger Warning, my favorite comic on the site has to be In-Law Unit. I love the triangle of control and submission between Renee, Zoe, and Adam, with the husband/mother-in-law duo slowly working together to further corrupt Renee into a hopelessly devoted slave, wife, and bimbo. Honestly, if the release rate were a bit more frequent, it might rival if not overtake Trigger Warning's spot at #1 for me; however, ILU has been at a release rate of 1/year since 2020, so I won't hold my breath. Still looking forward to this years release(s?) though.

With the top two out of the way, I'll talk about some more of my votes, these of a more miscellaneous quality. Flesh for Fantasy wrapped up earlier this year, and I was surprised at how solid of a narrative it was from start to finish. Clocked in at 10 issues total across around 3 years; good release rate, nice artstyle, and an engaging story and method of control as the MC is coaxed further and further into sexual submission and decadence, complete with some fun BE to boot. Hell Bent is picking up from the most recent issue: given that Trigger Warning is one of my favorite titles it should be no surprise that I adore Richard Rasch and Octavia Moon's artwork, which carries over to Hell Bent. Medieval hijinks involving sexy mind control are fun, especially as more of a novelty on this site; the only other long-running titles I can think of which focus on more of a medieval fantasy setting are Achievement (which is simply not my cup of tea) and Role Playing (which is sort of cheating due to the DnD framing). Prompts had something of a blitz this year, mirroring its performance from the year prior; lots of depersonalization and objectification with some of Sturkwurk's hottest models. It and Found Objects are currently my favorite runs by Sturkwurk, and I hope to see more of them both this year (FO was only beaten because of Prompts' more prompt release schedule. Eh? Ehh?). Ring Cycle continues to trek forward with resilience; not really much to say about it beyond its quality remaining consistent.

The last vote I cast was for a work that only had one release this year, but my vote went to it because I would love to see more from it and do not want it to be forgotten: Avalon Circle. The first issue was an interesting hook back in August of last year, and the second issue released this June continued to tease what I hope will be a very hot story. I've liked Mukor's artstyle since Spin Cycle, so I'm stoked that he finally has a multi-release comic. I just want the multiple releases to... release, so to speak.

So there it is. My thoughts on my votes for the year. Looking forward to more spirally and sexy adventures in 2025!

I was going to comment about how I was disappointed not to get a new issue of Cuckoo's Nest in 2024 and how I hope for one (or more!) in 2025, but on reflection Expanded Universe does a good job of covering the territory of "long form story about mind-controlled women who think it's a hoot to be hypnosluts" pretty dang well.  I suppose my only real wish-list item for 2025 is something more in the Beyond Rubies universe.

Some of those titles really didn't get off the ground yet, so it's hard to vote for them. Which is a shame.

There's a couple of long-running titles I'd like to see more regular updates of -- Hidden Knowledge, Waiting Room (or really, anything on the Dr. Laurel/Dr. Michaels story arc), Roll Playing. I liked where HK was going, but it hasn't been updated in so long, I'll have to go back and re-read the whole current arc when the next issues comes out.

I'd like to see a wrap on some of the stories that could actually be wrapped: The Persuader, Friend Request, there's probably others. I understand the desire to leave things open-ended, but I think one reason Con-fused was so damned good is that it had a start, middle, and end. A second series in that would would be good. By way of e.g.: Roll Playing 1 was better than RP2, IMO, because it was unexpected and basically ended. Exploring that universe in other stories that start, develop, and end would be neat.

At some point in the past I made the mistake of reading an issue of Bigger without first reacquainting myself with what was going on, and something in that issue really turned me off the comic. I think it was in 2023 that I read the whole thing again and I really don't know what scene it was that turned me off - I never recognized it on second reading. Anyway, that comic's definitely a contender for my favourite now.

I think there's plenty of plot left in The Persuader. I certainly hope there is, as while I kind of like what Davey is doing, it would be nice to see Rupert getting back in the fight.

The Help might have less far to go, but it ticks a lot of boxes for me. I suppose there are some parallels with The In-Law Unit, which I do also like, but I much prefer the former.

To be honest, I never got into any of the earlier Found Objects/Bearing Gifts comics, but FO3 hooked me in when the rival controller turned up. Actually, it was probably the woman he uses to pick up new victims who hooked me in. I'm not sure if that's really going to go anywhere, but I'm enjoying it at the moment. And at least I voted for the right comic this year.

My votes for Free Trade Zone (probably my favourite comic on the site), Cuckoo's Nest (definitely up there), and Sudo are non-transferable, so that's it for me.

I completely forgot about FTZ until I saw this comment!

FTZ is a lot like In-Law Unit for me, in that I absolutely love its world, story, art (especially since PK and OM took over), and characters, but that I absolutely hate the infrequency of its releases. Other than Trigger Warning or In-Law Unit, I would honestly say that it would be my vote for a comic to see far more often, though I forgot to vote for it in the poll due to how long ago it released. Give me more sexy space adventures with Ambra, especially with that new crew and old flame she just reconnected with in the most recent issue!

It was a good year. This year, though, the choices weren't all that tough for me -- the first tier comics were distinctly better than my second tier.

But there were some good comics that didn't actually make it into 2024: Sudo (a big favorite of mine), Unknown Pleasures, and Canadian Girlfriend weren't there last year. They would have made my 2024 choices much harder, and I hope they haven't been abandoned.

I missed the voting, but I don't think my inputs too helpful. I'd probably of voted The Help, but the other 2 I liked were just existing comics. Flesh for Fantasy is one of my favorite ever made on this site, and Permed has entered the discussion. I'm unabashedly a BE enthusiasts and those had that as a major or significant portion of the overall story.

FWIW, my favorite comic right now is Sudo which, sadly, didn't make an appearance in 2024...
