I've experimented quite a bit and discovered some variations of the 2 endings. In summary, your preferences (tits, ass, maid, oral) and your interactions with Lorelei, Emma, and Renee throughout the story do create small changes in the endings.

That said, the factor that has the biggest impact and determines which of the 2 endings you get is how much you are into polyamory/sharing.

I also want to share some feedback: the endings feel a little rushed. I’m not sure if it's too much to ask, but I would much prefer to experience the endings interactively instead of just reading a short summary of the aftermath.
