We are celebrating twelve years of Saint James Infirmary! As a special event, we interrupt our regular story with a series of small pieces set in alternative worlds. Each one is "What If the SJI girls were characters in other MCC titles?"

Here's the thread where we all guess which title it will be (and all end up being proven wrong). Based entirely on the preview image, I'm going to guess that this one is "Drains".

Lost Weekend did a similar scene with a bed but I think this is a closer match for what happened to Alix (I think) in Waiting Room.

Yeah, I guessed wrong.  This is Waiting Room.  They even listed Dr. Laurel in the character section.
