It certainly looks that way, although at this point I wouldn't be surprised if there's someone in there with a stall selling crystals and pendants, or pink perfume.
Astrid's artefact seemed to wash out some of Caitlyn's need to serve only Adrian. If Dinah has used it, that
could explain why she got over her falling out with Miel. But the phone call, Miel's subsequent claim not to know Dinah really well, and her immediately getting naked upon arrival still point either to Jacqui being targetted in a plan involving both Dinah and Miel, or to Miel being unknowingly under someone else's control and Jacqui being an accidental victim. If this
is the artefact then it probably points to a new player being behind it (or the parent of a future one).
