Its ok, just not very high on my erotic fantasy meter. Real pregnant woman are sexy. Just doesn’t appeal to me in my fantasy stories, for some reason. Don’t hate it, meh about it.

Just saw it in theaters again recently. It still holds up so well. Anyway... I'll freely admit to having a full on breeding/impreg kink. Mix it up with mind control and what gets me going is female characters mind controlled to want to get pregnant in general or by the controller, preferably with a strong erotic tinge to the attraction.

I also realize that there's probably a difference between "having it mentioned / discussed / a possibility" and actually showing pregnancy... no?

There is, it turns out, but I'm into both. Breeding kink is a bit more than mentioned/discussed/possible tho.

Not for me. Pregnancy sits in a completely different part of my brain from erotica. My fantasies do not include impregnating anyone. I don't find the squick "alien breeder" stories erotica at all (but I do like them as stories, if they're well done). For me, it's in the same category as feet, carrying, BE, and KO--I understand there are people for whom that's very erotic. I know some of my porn is going to contain it for that reason. But it holds not the slightest shred of interest for me.

For me, pregnancy in a mind control scenario falls under the "control to the point of physically altering the subject" which is very hot for me. Outside of mind control, pregnancy can convey intimacy and development of both the character and the relationship and is generally also good. So basically I always like pregnancy, whether it's handled erotically or not. In mind control specifically my wish would be to see it on the list of possible "transformations" without it becoming a default or go-to of any kind.

I personally consider the difference to be the impact strength of the pregnancy as a story element--showing it is stronger than suggesting it. Since I like pregnancy, suggesting it is good and showing it is better. Someone who didn't like it would probably find suggesting bad and showing worse.

There also might be people who are completely apathetic to it - like I am with feet. Doesn't add anything for me, doesn't take anything away either. Not sure if that's what ozymandias was getting at.

Yeah, I would assume that you'd actually like to see at least the pregnancy in progress, yes?

Yeah, I would assume that you'd actually like to see at least the pregnancy in progress, yes? Definitely. A stereotypical example might be a tomboyish woman being transformed, mentally and physically, into a happily pregnant housewife.

There is, it turns out, but I'm into both. Breeding kink is a bit more than mentioned/discussed/possible tho. I guess my problem is trying to work out what scenario I would actually enjoy. Generally I end up with breeding being the aim rather than the pregnancy itself, leading to a whole new ball game: Midwich Cuckoos anyone? I saw (and enjoyed) Aliens as well BTW, but it all went downhill from then. And as for Prometheus.. anyone who wanders around an unknown alien planet without bioprotection (not to mention with a tendency to poke at things!) deserves to die horribly; didn’t they read HG Wells?

I think someone *wanting* to be pregnant, or feeling *compelled* to be impregnated can be hot. Just having someone in a scene who happens to be pregnant, be mind controlled, I can take or leave (them being pregnant would neither make it more compelling, or turn me off).
