Thanks to Laguna85's comment I was able to play it by downloading it and using a media player--but just in browser for Mozilla Firefox I got audio with no video.

It sort of played in Media Player Classic but the video was delayed and out of sync with the audio. The audio played fine in Windows Media Player but there was no video at all.
