Definitely Amy on the receiving end.  Kanti doesn't really have a reason to show up at Amy's office, though.  I think those are more likely Caitlyn's hands; she was pulling pretty much the same maneuver in the last panel of #691.

It could be Caitlyn's hands It's just the light or color in the hands are darker
