My votes:
Checkered Past: this one runs hot and cold for me--the story started slowly, but it's warming up nicely, and I'd like to see it concluded.
Chrysalis: I simply love the way this one is unfolding, but I'm not sure it's headed anywhere... and I would rather see it wrapped up or abandoned than continued aimlessly. I like stories that begin, climax (heh), and end more than ongoing serials without a clear plot which is moving forward.
Cuckoo's Nest: ...that said, this one has had several great plot arcs, and the current one is intriguing as well. Nice work; looking forward to where it goes.
Drains: I loved the anime artwork at the start of this one. While the newer artwork doesn't thrill me, I like the story so far. I'd love to see where it goes.
Free Trade Zone: My current favorite, hands down. Artwork, story, pacing, potential--all there.
The Persuader: Following right behind Free Trade Zone. The latest art is awesome, the story is good, and pacing and potential for a bang-up story are all there.
Roll Playing: Completely nailed this. I bought the movies. One or two more installments would enable you to wrap this one up nicely.

Honorable mentions
Beyond Rubies: pacing's too slow, but the story is fun and the artwork is as well. Get on with it.
Bigger: loved the earlier installments; now it's turning into "by the book". Finish it.
Enchanted Summer: it was moving along nicely; not quite "there" yet.
The Inheritance: this is a good story, but the MC is all off-screen so far.
The Ring Cycle: This story started well, but it's been so long since an update that I don't really track it anymore.
Unknown Pleasures: I like nearly everything about this one, but I had to make a cut.
Expanded Universe: Just 2 issues so far--very nice, but we'll see.

And then there's Saint James Infirmary. I mostly have no idea what's going on. Very little MC anymore. Plot seems to be wallowing. Please kill it off or make it go somewhere. I feel the same way about The Hidden Knowledge: great start... then the plot starts to wallow.

Yes, that was my very garbled memory of Vector part 1.  So, Vector is an honorable mention for me as well.  Sorry for the confusion.

That's informative and interesting.  It's a little disquieting that two of my absolute favorite titles are at or near the bottom of the Top Two Dozen list.

It's important not to read too much into the data. It's not an absolute indicator of how much people like a particular title, since both the Forum poll and the Favorites selection are used in specific ways.

I have never been able to figure out how people favourite things. Over at the hypnopics-collective there doesn't seem to be any useful correlation between downloads, favourite tagging, and upvoting. Ditto Stack Overflow.

For what it's worth, I haven't bothered to favorite things on here because new issues bubble to the front, and I'm far more likely to revisit downloaded versions if so inclined.
