Jacqui looks a little defensive here, actually.  Pearl's reaction (what we've seen so far) might be a little muted.  She seems somewhere between severely dismayed and distraught.  I guess we'll see how things progress.

No reason to think that.  The Watch hasn't been used on Pearl at all, as far as we know, and we have no reason to think Jacqui wouldn't have sex with Pearl if Adrian told her to.  Amy certainly doesn't have any issues sleeping with Hayley.

I meant to refer to Jacqui specifically when I brought up a possible limit to the Watch programming.  This felt like Jacqui outlining a boundary (a little bit) or reminding Pearl she was taking a boundary for granted that might not be as solid as she thinks.  Yes, it's mostly sarcastic, but Pearl seems to be a partial exception to the usual rules.  (See an attractive girl, think "she'd be great for Adrian" or "She'd be great for both of us," depending on the situation and context).
