Detective story idea

A story taking place between two main locations.
The female detectives office is very film noir themed, coloured in sepia and earth tones.
The club is the very modern with garish colours.

A woman dressed in a sensible outfit enters the detective's office, the first thing the female detective notices is tha the woman is wearing bright pink high heels and hoop earrings that are very out of place with the rest of her outfit. The detective herself wears a fedora, trench coat, pants, suspenders and a shirt, looking very much in the style of her office.
The woman explains that a few days ago her friend went to work for a sleazy dive downtown, dressing oddly and behaving in a manner completely at odds with her usual personality. They decide to investigate the club that night.
That afternoon the detective receives a package, opening it she finds a pair of neon green hoop earrings. For a while she is unable to look away from them until finally she puts them on.
She meets her client at the club and sees that her client is now wearing a pink miniskirt at matches her heels and earrings. They meet the proprietor of the club and the friend and have a discussion at a booth at the club. The owner wears a bright orange suit while the friend wears a neon blue outfit consisting of high heels, hoop earrings a miniskirt and a bra top. The owner and friend both state that she came to work for him willingly and the client seems to be having a hard time concentrating, the detective decides to leave and come back after looking for more leads. She returns home to find a box containing a pair of green heels.

The next day she meets her female Asian contact who reveals some of the rumors about the club, and the sudden change in personality of the women who work there. They are interrupted by the client who tells them that she is dropping the case and going to work at the club, she is now dressed entirely in the club outfit. As an apology she gives the detective and the contact a box each, the detectives contains a miniskirt which she can't resist trying on, while the contact receives a pair of red earrings and high heels.

The detective confronts the club owner again at the club about her clients sudden turnaround. However she finds it hard to focus and is easily distracted, the owner tells her to leave and come back tomorrow when she's had a chance to think though what has happened. Th detective returns home and calls her contact, to have some support when she confronts the owner at the club tomorrow.
She hangs up and hears a knock at the door, no one is there but she finds a package, opening it she finds a bra top, she knows something strange is going on but can't resist putting on the top.

The detective meets her contact at the club, both are now fully dressed in the club clothes, they meet the manager and sit either side of him as he caresses their breasts, both smiling happily as he agrees to let them work at the club.

Visually as the transformations progress, they will match the colours and theme of the club more and more.
There eyes would also move to an empty state and their irises will match the colour of the outfits.
