If the world is going to "end" then I want a proper Shadowrun style 6th world. Then again that was supposed to start on December 24th of last year so it shows how the calendars can be a wee bit off over the centuries. And now on to the show... hopefully.

He seems to be following the "corruption of power" path very very quickly, but at least he starts off acting more like the manipulator in "The Bluff" instead of Bertram, or the boss in the Employee Orientation series. An interesting beginning.
Question--why does this have its own sticky thread when the even more promising Waiting Room series does not?

And inaccurate. It faces the same challenges at this stage that HK does/did, and HK has come through its growing pains pretty well. I'm just hoping that our book-buyer doesn't go down the Bertram road.
