OK, I've danced around this topic long enough, and I can't sleep, so here we go...

I've never really officially divided the stories up into universes. It's been pretty ad hoc. It is clear that there are characters that appear in multiple titles, and that some titles *can't* happen in the same universe for whatever reason.

There are a few universes I can think of off the top of my head. In best comic book fashion, we'll give them names or numbers.

D-Prime: This is basically our world right now with no major changes (if you read a newspaper and looked at world map nothing would be off), except whatever technology or "hypnosis" is used in the story. This is kind of the default universe if there's no reason to move it to another one. A few titles that I think are here are An Education, Unknown Pleasures, The Persuader, Sudo, and Trigger Warning. (The Ring Cycle is elsewhere because the MC is magic-based.) There's also one title that is here but telling what it is would spoil a plot point.
   Does magic work? No.
   Are there superheroes? No.

D-1: This is the universe SJI, Beyond Rubies, and The Hidden Knowledge are in.
Major changes:  The Republic of Equinoxia is where Ecuador would be (which is where The Hidden Knowledge takes place). Wilmot College exists, with all the entailments of that.
   Does magic work? Yes.
   Are there superheroes? No.

D-2: This is the universe Expanded Universe is in. I'm not sure what other titles occur in it (see below for guest page action).
Major changes: Magic works. Women can have boobs that size and still stand up.
   Does magic work? Yes.
   Are there superheroes? Yes.

D-3: This is the pocket universe in which Micah enslaves Erin and Danielle. It's separate from either D-Prime (which is where An Education lands), or D-1, where SJI is. Characters can be in more than one universe at the same time, with significant variations.
Major changes: Erin's just an aspiring actress with no magical abilities (although she still has huge tits). Danielle is still Danielle. The timeline for Micah is different from the Micah in D-Prime.
   Does magic work? No.
   Are there superheroes? No.

D-4: This is the pocket universe in which Micah enslaves Fellicity. Like D-3, it's separate from either D-Prime or D-2, althogh it's much closer to the D-Prime AE than D-3 is.
Does magic work? I dunno. Maybe.
Are there superheroes? Well, there are definitely superheroines.

D-5: This is the universe that Enchanted Summer is in. It's pretty much our world (allowing for magic to work), except the town of Nephilim is where Fort Bragg, California would be. I'm kind of tempted to put Takeout in it. I am sure there are other titles that take place there and we just don't know it yet.
   Does magic work? Uh-huh.
   Are there superheroes? Doubt it.

D-6: This is the universe that Gig Economy takes place in. Our world, plus mind- and body-controlling rabbit ears. I think it might also be the universe that Free Trade Zone takes place in (years later). I am tempted to move An Education here, because the idea of Amelia in the ears is very appealing.
Does magic work? We're going to pretend the ears are tech and say no.
   Are there superheroes? Nah.

D-7: This is D-Prime only magic works, but on a local basis without universe-changing effects. The Ring Cycle and Final Form are here, for example.
   Does magic work? Yes.
   Are there superheroes? Negatory.

There are others, but my brain is a bit fuzzy at the moment.

So, open season! Let me know what you think. (I'll do the numbering, thank you very much. :-) )

I thought Hidden Knowledge took place in Brazil.

(I think I saw a flag once...)

I assumed what Kyle was doing in Sudo was some form of magic so I'm surprised to see it in D-prime but based on your caveat "except whatever technology or hypnosis is used" I guess it could be some form of technology.

Does starter marriage fit anywhere specific?

Huh, I thought I remembered some assertion that An Education and Expanded Universe were a shared world, and commenting that it makes sense for them as both series feature unrealistic breast physics and extremely easy/rapid hypnosis.

It's technology. Weird science.

That's a good question. It has magic, so it's not D-Prime. D-7 is the most obvious candidate.

It's possible! This is my first attempt to create an actual system, so things may get moved around.

A very small nit.  Fort Bragg is in North Carolina, not California.

One consequence of D-Prime: It means that it is possible for people or things from those stories to interact.

I'm glad you finally explained what was going on in THK. I was thinking it was Brazil, then Argentina, and it fit that vibe of being somewhere in Latin America but not quite familiar. Would love to see some Equinoxian foreign students at Wilmot.

D-1 definitely has my three favorite stories so I'd love to see that fleshed out.

And yeah, Enchanted Summer is very much reminiscent of the north coast, I think I pointed that out when it first came out. What sets that setting apart from D-1, by the way?

Yeah! It was on the hotel in Chapter 12 when Clovis... left.

(not sure why I though it was Brazil)

Nephilim. Since it has a geographic distinction from "our" world, it gets its own universe.

Interesting questions are "Obedience" and "Homecoming." I'm not sure if the mere existence of a town that isn't on our map gets it its own universe or not.

The backstory is "what if the British attempts to seize that part of the world in 1806 had worked out, and it became a part of the British empire." In the modern day, it's an independent member of the Commonwealth.

Why, yes, I overthink my porn.

Oh always fun to speculate about this kind of stuff. I'm wondering if there is a classification for where the technology is more advanced too.

Would Prompts be in D-Prime since it seems to be largely some kind of LLM based trance script? (Although, I'm half expecting the LLM to be outed as the actual villain at some point which would likely boot it to another universe.)

The Brothel felt somewhat similar to Prompts except more fantastical since the wireless field (possibly sound?) they have has the ability to give or somehow trigger something that gives women larger breasts and tails using said field.

On the other hand Bearing Gifts would be another universe because of the pendants (which it seems like are intentionally vague about whether it is magic or some kind of technology).

And Free Cable/Wifi is obviously another universe because of the water that can do some pretty huge changes to anatomy (I'm making the assumption it is technology some how but I could be wrong about that).

But yeah, doing world building about how all this stuff works is frankly a quarter of the fun when you write/brainstorm new comics imo (half the fun being trying to figure out some kind of way for the kink to work).
