The Good Wife, Part 3

That day, she was in an anxious whirl of indecision. Yes? No? His tone had been so neutral, she had no guidance as to what he wanted. No one had really ever seen her as his wife. Would it spoil everything if someone did? Would it make the marriage finally seem completely real?
