I thought it was disappointing. But in line with the discussion about story lines and not just sex.
We were set up to believe that he really liked Deanna. That he was pursuing her.
I was expecting a more intimate transition. Making her first time such an unbelievable experience that she falls madly in love with him.
Then perhaps (probably) including her in his quickly growing harem.
In this issue he treats her like shit. Like she meant nothing to him.

I think you're right. In this issue he treats her like shit. Like she meant nothing to him.
I don't quite follow this? She says she's having a great time! He's definitely giving orders and taking control, but she's enjoying that he's doing that. I thought this was a great payoff for all the buildup. |
