What could be the motive of the 3 girls who are *not* reciting "We are not programmed..."?
Techinically they are already programmed to want to please him. Go back to comic 45, which has what is presumably Danielles standard of programming.
We've see that despite being under they are able to reason and come up with ideas on their own (Such as suggesting Adrian command them to act like their normal selfs.) and they desire to please Adrian utterly. They've seen that Adrian isn't happy with them being a brainwashed harem, but they need to serve and please him.
This is there solution, convince Adrian they found the whole thing incredibly kinky/sexy and want to try it in RL. Keeping him in the dark they have been programmed. A little tricky to pull off, but since they aren't hypnotized like the Therpist or Derek Does (Indeed we know the watch programming doesn't even count as hypnosis in the subjects mind. Remember Danielle claimed she had never been hypnotized before to the Therapist once she was under), they have the mental freedom to do work around like this.
Especially in resolving the paradox of "Adrian doesn't want us hypnotized and brainwashed" and "We must serve and obey Adrian utterly"
