Yeah, what's up with that?  Does he have a moral problem with the non-consensual exploitation of women for sexual gratification?  Boy, did he wander onto the wrong website...   

Seriously, though, there are a lot of ways this could play out.  We don't know anything about how the watch works, or what its limitations might be.  Suppose that a command, once implanted, cannot be reversed.  (Danielle has already said that she's never tried to deprogram anyone with the watch, so we don't know that it's even possible.)  That would leave Erin, Mallory and Marliese as Adrian's slaves; Danielle and Jacqueline would be free but in-the-know.  Poor Adrian, faced with such temptation while knowing that if he got caught taking advantage his boss would kick his ass.  What would he do?  Particularly given that Erin wanted to have a relationship with him even before she got hypnotized.

I'm sure Daphne has a plan, though, and I expect it'll be fun to watch it play out.  (No pun intended.)
