Cherry's been kind of a horrible person so far, but I'd say her one redeeming feature is that she seems to legitimately love Julian... them being together is honestly kind of sweet.

Of course, if they're really gone then Jakob, having lost Cherry, is going to be all the more intent on getting Erin to replace her.  And Julian won't be around to carry out his end of the "cure Cherry and I'll help you kill Jakob" bargain he made with Adrian.
