Inside Out is my overall favorite from the year, for the sheer novelty of it and how intensely relevant to my interests it is.

After that, I found A Friend of the Family to be very quality, much awesome, etc. The symmetry of stories is great, the art is moody and atmospheric, there's a delicious inevitability about it all, and of course, the stinger, because of course he'd still have that on tap.

And lastly, any single issue of The Night Visit would probably make my top 3, and there were four of them, so yeah.
