The dark hair and narrow waist put me very much in mind of Dita Von Teese.  I'm guessing that's deliberate.

"I have this urge to do burlesque" I'm guessing is also a bit of Dita--but it also puts me in mind of a tabloid article I read many years ago--"Therapist Uses Hypnosis To Turn Women Into Sexy Strippers!"  It was all consensual, of course, but the idea of it is quite hot.
