So is Barbara the same as from The Chrysalis?  She does not look like Barbara from the Chrysalis but that story is about magical body modification.

This Barbara looks like one of the fantasies-come-to-life that the Chrysalis disgorges, she talks about having been transformed via magic, already has the mindset of a slave, shares a name with a character in that series, and her current form is not completely dissimilar from the one Other Barbara took on in chapter 14 over there. Am I missing the forest for the trees in speculating that this is the same Barbara in some future or alternate timeline here?
