I'm a big fan of the story line so maybe a little bias, but feel that there is a lot that can be done once they leave the "training" weekend. I'm still holding out that Laurel has a plan of her own and is not fully enslaved by Dr Michaels, and that she has others programmed with an 'Order 66' like trigger, and they turn on him. There is still a lot that this title can do so I hope it continues for a good while to come!
Hot take time: I believe the cheerleader story line has run its course. They and their coach have been permanently enslaved to the men's club so their fate is sealed. Unless a police investigation or some other obstacle suddenly develops, I don't see how this subplot can continue.
Very curious to see who/what Dr. Laurel's video is for.
