The sparkly shirt to either camouflage or misdirect Jakadrian tendencies?  Feels part Neil Diamond concert (no more of those sadly) and part Hefner.

I'm not sure Jakob would have the stones to try such a garment, but he is famously arrogant about his own looks, charisma, and power.
