Nice preamble. I know I can't speak for others here, but I like the set up. The guy is neither creepy, a dick, or an emo annoyance. It's a very hard balance to work. Here's hoping you do something creative with the guy's girlfriend. And of course show some boobs. Indeed. Although he has shown rather weak willpower in the face of temptation, I hope he continues to have some reservations about using the FO, and doesn't simply jump straight into "Harem: the Gathering" mode.

I'm a little confused on the numbering system. Bearing Gifts 1-5 feature Bertram. Bearing Gifts Found Objects 1-11 (Bearing Gifts numbers 6-16, if we keep counting) feature Brian.
I realize Brian is only a kid, still in High School, but his method of getting rich is some what short sighted. Creating a network of women to be escorts to make him rich? The women see to be more than happy to tell anyone that asks who there master / boss is. When the police finally get around to investigating this prostitution ring, it will all lead back to Brian. I wonder how well his Hypnotizing trick will work in prison. Building a personal harem is great, but just add some single, very wealthily women to the mix, even if they are old, he just needs them to give him all there money, he can toss them away after he bleeds them dry. I guess if he's greedy, he could have a dozen retired women share a 1 bedroom apartment, and after minimum expenses, have them give him the rest of there social security checks.

gromit, the point of the story is for those who get off on women being turned into literal whores by mc. Logic doesn't have to enter in to it. Not really my cup of tea, more for those who imagine themselves in the female role getting all the attention I imagine, but it's a thing.

Who is Noelle? His sister? She seems to live in his house, but there's no mention of their relation to each other. If she is his sister, it's weird that he doesn't mention it during his token resistance to having sex with her. Apparently her having a boyfriend, and him having a girlfriend carries more weight than the prospect of incest.

He controls the wives of the people in power, if not the persons herself, so I doubt he is likely to get in trouble with the law.

I didn't take Noelle to be his sister. 1) He says the pendent is from a relative he didn't know, not "they" didn't know. 2) Noelle came across as his friend that wasn't a gf., with the mentioning of their respective s.o. also.

This is correct. Thank you, Daphne, always nice to be acknowledged by the author. I do hope Noelle has a bigger part next time we see her, since she just barely got started in the first story. I'm very much enjoying this story arc so far.

I feel like this should be a FAQ question, but I didn't see a place for it.
Where are Found Objects 1 & 2?

Where are Found Objects 1 & 2? It's complicated, but the original Bearing Gifts, which changed its name to Found Objects after a few issues, are #1 and #2 respectively.
