Marliese seems to have decided on the order.  She has herself at 1.  I think that's Amy at 2.  I know Laura is 3.  I'm confused on 4 and 5.  Is 4 Jacqui?  The hair texture is different from Jacqui's but the hair color is darker than Mallory's.  5 sure seems like Dani, but because she always has her hair up, I either didn't know or had forgotten that she has a haircare commercial mane of light blonde hair.

ETA--Given what we've been able to guess about his parents' play habits (and the existence of Pearl), I'd also guess that his childhood wasn't often conventional.
