It's always possible that Claudia can't take off her fetish gear for the same reason Jacqui couldn't put on clothes earlier in the series. Which might explain why she's so eager to get the watch.
I've got to admit, as a potential embarrassment/mind control command being forced to wear the same costume day in day out (especially if you have obligations to fulfill in a normal/social life) it would be rather amusing. The idea of Dani trying to be out in public while dressed as a french maid, Erin stuck wearing something from the Theater Department wardrobe, Claudia out for dinner in New York (then again does anything social shock its citizens?) or any other member of the harem trying on a costume they just can't take off...
I've been watching old episodes of Warehouse 13 so the idea of tricked out items of clothing, hypnotic pocket watches and other magic/unusual artifacts is now a rather heightened interest as of late.
