I'm not sure who that is. Earrings aren't too common in the comic, so that alone is making me think of Raven or Astrid. It looks more like Astrid and the lipstick isn't very Raveny, but it seems far more likely that we'd be seeing Raven at this point. It's probably someone else entirely. And she's probably just trimming her ear hair.

Astrid have long earring but she may look off also this a new day and she may put on a new pair.

Raven finally gets a shot at being fully integrated into the fun.  Why am I sure that facing Astrid and her husband is going to interrupt or delay that.  Seems to be Raven's luck (though it might be turning now).
