Is the floral headscarf Pearl's version of the yellow Ramones shirt that was our first clothing clue past The Night of the Watch that Jacqui's Black Wall of Cynicism and Rage was beginning to dissipate?

Well, we don't actually see her choke, but I think that might be what happened there.  Also, why's he so pleased about this?  He was embarrassed just Skyping with them.

Maybe he's just recovered.

Miel x Erin? She's got to make sure that the (main) love of her son's life is up to snuff, especially in the bedroom?

It's odd the lines we draw.  I enjoy Adrian and Jacqui and I even like Adrian and Pearl, but Erin and Miel having physical fun?  I dunno about that.

Jacqui was already there when Erin and Dani experienced the sensation of both Pearl and Reka romping with Adrian.  She wasn't hooked in, though.  Right?  It was the cleansing ritual with Pearl, Adrian, and Dani having lasting effects.  So, she saw the effects and contributed to them but didn't feel them.  Or something.  The Ring Cycle definitely puts a lot more on the table than I had considered.
