Not sure if the lack of character listings on this page is intentional or not. Based on what we saw in the last page, I'd assume this is a look into Raven's mind (in which case, her self-image here is very different than her outward appearance). Then again, maybe it is a fantasy in someone else's mind and I'm just doing a bad job recognizing the character.

It's Reka.  You can see the gem being put on her forehead in an earlier comic, although it was blue at the time.

Also, just have to add again that the current narrative device allowing these mini-fantasy pages was a fantastic decision.
