Formal Story Request, Title: "Daylight, Lights Out"

Here's the writing prompt
Opening shot: a big expensive looking building in New York, next the the stock exchange. Cut to inside. We see a small cabal of c-suites (all of whom are sexy ladies) discussing their nefarious plans to slowly take over the world by forcing everyone onto daylight savings time through subtle use of hard and soft power. We jump to just outside the room, where we see a janitor. He fondles a small pyramid, not dissimilar to the all-seeing eye on the US dollar bill. He is grinning, just a little.
