Not every comic that is evenly divisible by 100 is a milestone.

This does look like a hospital.  Maybe Jakob has hit town with some muscle and he's looking to reclaim his property?

I don't know who Beth is.  Is that one of the Viktims?

I don't see a pink puff and she didn't react as if she smelled something foul.  Maybe someone broke in who has one of the purloined crystals/shells?  Did somebody grab Z's watch?  I'm lost.  I'm interested, but I'm lost.

Ok this what I think is happen
 One we have the red monster, How have form of Vikram and have odor of the Pink Cloud.
I would think that the Red Monster die when Cherry woke up?
We Have not see a Beth and my thinking is a Nurse was in the room.
There are Three lady that Vikram like or Red monster Likes
