Very much appreciated! 

Starting at page 252 you removed the episode numbers and titles.  I'm wondering if that was intentional and if so why?  Not a big deal though the titles do add a little bit sometimes.  Speaking of adding something, I wish there was a clean way to get the pop-up text in a PDF. *shrug*
