No, those don't seem like they'd be very effective against blood magic or a monstrous summoning or transformation. I'd like to take a moment to point out something amusing from the last issue. I think Julian's comment is proof positive that Machiavelli was wrong (at least in the SJI-verse). Love is better for installing loyalty than fear. And that makes Julian's comment both true and quite humorous.  |

According to panels 4 & 5, it seems they were just throwing bullets instead of firing them  Not to be that guy, but the back two thirds (the brass part, called the casing) doesn't get fired out of the gun. |
