That last panel just flipped me completely against Q again. However, I have to say, if this really is his master plan, to reveal a tiny sliver of truth and then throw suspicion on a potential rival so he can operate on a smaller scale with impunity, I have to respect him as as a villain going forward because that's a very slick move.
I have to ask--how does Q know that this doesn't work on all women? He knows about Pink Clouds, but how does he know this is exactly the same. Also, for someone who got degrees from MIT as a safety school, that "testosterone" hypothesis was pretty thin. All of which, I suppose, brings us back to Q in jail and that mysterious blonde. Was it Rain? If so, did the stuff work on her, but Pearl saw and turned out to be a resistor for whatever reason? Or was Rain playing possum to get the guy busted? Might she be one of the few who can resist the clocktower, the Watch, and Pink Clouds (and its various derivatives) because of her own nature?
Anyway, you're forcing us to reevaluate Q again. Very, very interesting.
