Another thing about the current forum that drives me nuts: the option right now is "Show unread posts since last visit." I'd rather that be just "Show unread posts." The "since last visit" bit hides stuff if I don't read something and then come back later.

A big one: spoiler blackouts.

So if [this was a spoiler], it would be blacked out unless the reader clicked on it.
