I think this could end up being a huge problem. Laura doesn't know what the perfume does. Personally, I think Raven's upcoming experience with Erin (even if it's just an invitation) could seal the deal as far as that's concerned. We know that #49 can affect women under the influence of the Watch, but we still don't know what happened to Laura in the lab. This could be crucial to how the collision with Q-Box plays out.

I was a little confused by the last two frames. Is Raven just supposed to be staring at Laura and Amy? I wasn't sure if maybe she was supposed to have gone into a trance for some reason. Also the title would seem to suggest someone's got a hangover or can't wake up.
Yes, she's just... well, it's been established that Raven has a rather serious crush on Erin, so we're seeing her first get cranky that there's hot lesbian action happening that she's not a part of, and then being startled when the object of her crush appears saying nice things about the way she fits into her jeans. |

This isn't going to be a "girls' night in." Remember, as the new day dawns that this is the day of the SJI dinner with Laura (and Raven?   ). Have we established that Vik's Amy is the Amy we've already met? I guess we've been laboring under that assumption, but I don't think it's been confirmed yet. I think the idea of the perfume samples is to try to do something inventive to spark with Adrian. In which case, some of Sample #49 and its brethren is about to run smack dab into the watch. |

Aah, welcome to another problem. Vik is the first potential adversary...well, "adversary" for Adrian who has any sort of good will equity as we begin. Of course, we still have no idea what exactly happened after Laura sniffed #49. Will we be getting a flashback of that scene, like we got a flashback of the storeroom tryst?
I'm not really sure what that second-to-last panel was either. It does look like zoning out (rather like trances in other folks earlier in the comic). Is she just daydreaming about the three women she overheard? Is she lost in an Erin fantasy and then gets shocked when Erin flirts with her?
Side note--Is Pearl influencing clothing style on campus now? That top Raven is wearing looks very like Pearl's ensemble when we met her at Deep Black Vinyl.
Also, what is Ms. Hackberry wearing? It looks like some sort of sweater/jacket with flared shoulders. Almost Princess Aurora shoulders on a loose-weave jacket. What is that?
