This route features using mind-control magic on Renée at the coffee shop, minimal interaction with Emma, and Annie and Allison both slaves (it's touch and go with Allison for a bit, seems like, but she comes around eventually). I wouldn't call this optimal as I like Emma but this was the first way I've found.  Some of the choices probably don't impact the overall path, but I haven't experimented enough to say what is and isn't important.
