Personally,  fond of the premise because it's a bit tongue-in-cheek and I'm a sucker for the humor.

"This operation is definitely illegal but you wouldn't be here if you cared about that."

It's sudo-science at best and that's fine too. Total hormonal control = bigger boobs? Sure, why not. That's how human anatomy works right? Complete and total sexual submission? You betcha. It's reminiscent of how ridiculous Thrallexa was.

Obviously, humor is subjective and maybe others won't be as amused as me. I'd love some classic before/after continuation if this series has any chance of regularity on the site.
