The dialog on page 8 should have been either "He was her father" or "She was his Daughter".
He was her daughter might be sick but it is very confusing!
The links to the comic aren't going to the right place. Most are going to have a problem finding the comic this morning.

Wow, I didn't run into any problems. But, I have a question. Why are the girls in this comic having the exact same conversation about Star Wars that three other gals were havving in occurrence #1?  |

I have consulted with the Ministry of Truth, and they assure me no such dialogue appears in this comic. |

Yes, shades of Flash Gordon from 1980. I followed that one and the Star Wars reference, but I have no clue on the third one, the one that actually made the cover (unless...is that supposed to be a series that Barbara actually writes? ) Oh, oops.*facepalm* Okay, I apologize for the confusion. The "I am not having this conversation," rejoinder is shared and we go from that to the redhead's Leia fantasy which the girls from Occurrence discuss. I bet those trios of friends would get along if they met. |
