Hmm… is that a look of realization on Erin’s face? As if she is realizing through her boobgasm-induced haze of servitude that something about what Miriam is saying is a little too close to the old Jakob rhetoric. Maybe this is where we get Erin’s resistance via her powers, which was hinted at in the cover?

I think that is just a continuation of the slightly-manic look Erin has had since falling under Miriam's control. See issues 1205, 1248, and 1261 and this expression seems to be along those same lines.

Though Erin resisting all this, fighting it somewhere deep in her subconscious... Maybe that's where the Chelsea Morning plotline from 1268 might be going.

I mean, it could be anything, but my first thought was that it prefigures Jacqui's expression in the next panel. Rather than Erin fighting back, it could be Erin being indirectly affected by Miriam's touch through her contact with Jacqui. And thinking about what Erin was doing when we first heard her saying "Tits and holes" in Miriam's mind back in 570, it could be an echo of that.

But yes, with the thought, "I'm going to miss that cock" in her head, it could be an echo of the first panel of 1270 too - perhaps combined with a distraught expression. In "Chelsea", Echo is Adrian's true life partner and his relationship with Erin is just a sexual fling.
