The identity of the man was discussed at the time. I agree the club in 464 is Van Winkle's - I believe there's a poster on the wall in the background. My contention at the time was simply that if there are two strip club owners in town, it's an odd choice to make them look so similar. And while Sawyer's is a good enough name for a strip club without requiring an eponymous owner, [Strip] Van Winkle's is less likely to have one. So it's possible that Sawyer owns both but doesn't usually dirty his hands with the day-to-day management of the seedier place.
I also just checked the Dramatis Personae thread, which identifies the named women in 464 as strippers at Van Winkle's, but doesn't name the man in 411.
