These are really delicious short stories, I'm loving them more and more as they go along. Wouldn't mind checking in on some earlier characters again somewhere down the line or getting crossover between them, but the current formula as is looks like it'll keep me happy for quite a few issues. Also, the art is just awesome.

That costume, of which the hat is a part, are from some game. All the female characters were ridiculously busty and showed up... prominently in ads for it. Tried to find it last night because I can’t remember the name, but somebody else is going to have to come through with that.

Then as for the busty sorceress costume at the end, perhaps a Dragon's Crown reference? |
