Not sure if it's just the angle and clipping, but that last panel looks like the return of Dead-Eyed Dark Adrian.
I think they're teasing us by having Adrian call in one by one the women who have wielded the watch.
But, Adrian's behaviour is still different anyway: he's directing play. As far as we know, he is entirely responsible for Réka being here; she wasn't gifted to him by Rain/fate. He seems to be taking it as read that he can do what he wants with her. And calling Marliese in just to eat her out (and this close to dinner too)... This is surely a different Adrian.
In 672 Adrian said to Rain that he wasn't complaining about the girls, and she replied "I would hope not." It's not clear what the difference is between Rain and Jakob. It appears to be merely a dispute between the old and new gods (Titanomachy). I get the impression Rain wouldn't disapprove of Adrian enslaving Réka. Although she does disapprove of hubris. Maybe the key difference between Adrian and Jakob in her eyes is that the latter decided practising his scales was beneath him.
